First workout back in more than a week. Did a lot of stability exercises and stretches. It wasn't hard or super strenuous, but it wore me out. Coughed between sets.

I think the onset of a bad cold was the culprit, zapping me of every electrolyte and liquid I put in my body before and during the run. I think it was a case of dehydration, even though I *thought* I was getting in enough. -
