    Did a little bit of everything today. Burpees are back! Still a lot of coughing and fatigue, but I got through it.

      Irene, was the course short? I had a friend do a 1/2 and it was short by half a mile...which floors me. Anyway, nice job on the 4 min shave, especially with strong winds!!

    First workout back in more than a week. Did a lot of stability exercises and stretches. It wasn't hard or super strenuous, but it wore me out. Coughed between sets.

      I think the onset of a bad cold was the culprit, zapping me of every electrolyte and liquid I put in my body before and during the run. I think it was a case of dehydration, even though I *thought* I was getting in enough.

    My favorite -- Lunge matrices! Also did some strength training and footwork exercises. Got the heart rate up.
