    Did a lot of new or different versions of some of the old exercises. It just wouldn't be a workout at RU without some sort of lunge or sqat matrix. :) Some exercises were tough. Feeling stronger, though.

    TREADMILL - Pyramid HIIT at the gym. 1 min warm up walk at 4. Lows at 5.1 mph building up to highs at 8.5 mph. I'm glad to get my average pace up again without hurting. Go me. :)
