    5 AM start - 40 Minute Higdon Tempo Run. Peaked at 10K Pace. Legs still feel a little weak but to be expected.

    Ran 4.5 Miles on the Treadmill. 2 Mile Warmup then 6xhill (400m each) with a .5 mile cool down.

      Only a short ride to Holmdel park, great hills. I am going to start some treadmill training as well to get read for some WV mountains put it on 15% and walk at 5mph.

      Rich R, I used to run holmdel all the time when I lived in Mobo. I've moved to Manalapan(western) so its kind of far now.
