Rolling hills FOGGY run through the neighborhood this morning. I tried not to cruise the uphills, and actually increase my effort (even if the pace didn't increase) on the gentle hills, and take it easy on the way down. I'd like to build these runs up to 5-7mi, but I need to get up just a smidge earlier to make it work. Second run in the Brooks shoes - sockless. Blister free on this run, so maybe these have potential for being my tri shoe.
