So I went to the P.T. guy today and he pretty much said that my lower body is a mess, however fixable. My hips are out of alignment and around hips flexors, knees, and ankles are all inflamed and muscles are very tight. No running, jumping, weights or lateral movements for lower body for now.....Damn! Well I guess on the positive side I am taking care of this now. Happy almost Friday!
