Another fantastic workout brought to you by T.R.X.! It was a high intensity, using your own body weight, strength building workout. I felt every muscle engaged and screaming at me to please stop. But I didn't :-) I've become aware how weak my upper body strength is, but these workouts will def. improve that! Happy Training Dmers!
