I had absolutely zero energy today. I tried to push through, but I ended up getting dizzy and faintish. Not sure what my deal was...Drank plenty of water all day and ate my typical weekly meals...Even though I was ticked at how pathetic my workout was, least I got in something. Oh well theres always tomorrow! Hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday!
