4:45am workout felt great! I had a slow time getting started with this high intense workout, but once I warmed up, it was all over! 10 exercises, 5lbs weight, 50 sec intervals with 10 sec rest. Lots of jumping and non-stop moving! Forget coffee, I'm wide awake now :-) Happy Tuesday DMers, have a great one!
