Stumbled upon this really awesome website Bodyrock.tv that posts free 12-15 minute workouts (you could extend the time if you wanted to) which focuses on HIIT. A 30 day challenge, why not?! Even though I don't own a sandbag, dip station, or pull up bar, I am going to improvise as best as I can! Started with the FIT TEST which includes 8 exercises as many reps you can do in 50 seconds (squat jumps, pushups, burpees, high knees, plyo lunges, tuck jumps, triceps dips, and crunches). I was pretty please with what I could, minus my pathetic attempt at pushups. I finished this off old school style...jumping rope.
