How is that test conducted? I'm familiar (well, somewhat) with FTP tests - balls to the wall for 20 minutes and they extrapolate from the results (something like 95% of that 20 minute 'burst'). How do they determine an aerobic threshold?

i did some core and shoulders/arms in the weight room right before this and couldnt really swim well, ended up just swimmign 1000yds. OOPS! silly fast run, i guess i'll never learn!
