208 reps - 4 exercises: abs, arms, chest, legs. Was really surprised that I was able to work the legs with my knee issue. But I'll take it. Probably give a "run" for it either tomorrow or Friday! Even with a little more recovery time, you will be ready because you are trained! When the body talks, it's okay to give it the attention it needs so it can continue to take care of you as you take care of it. Great work today.
