    Went out in the later part of the afternoon for the second part of the long run. It was still hot but the humidity was less. My first time ever reaching a 70k week!

    Hit up the Cookstown Trail for part 1 of my long run. Started too late and it was really hot and humid but I needed to sleep in. The Cookstown trail was nice because it was shaded in a lot of spots.
