welp... this is it. my last long run before the 26.2 in philadelphia. i can't tell you how unprepared i feel. i'm afraid i'm going to have to walk, feel like crap, and come in at a slower time. i've only done one 20 miler and that was the last week in october. ugh... so not ready. any suggestions on what i should run the week before my marathon. i got a 3 miler, a 6 miler and a 3 miler on the calendar. any other tips?
