    We did every upper body exercise in the book. Did you know we do a variety of 8 shoulder exercises? Yup, did em all and I'm already nice and sore!

    Tara worked over the legs pretty good tonight! Pyramid front kicks in the warm up and pyramid round houses as the grand finale. Sure hope I can walk tomorrow! :)
