    Wowza! That was a hard workout. Jump rope warmup, KB skill work, KB circuit, followed by the WOD: EMOTM 4 burpee box jumps + max KB swing for 12 minutes (got in 144 swings at "blue" weight)

    frightful, I'm all about switching it up from the treadmill and trying new cardio. Major props to everyone who is toughing it out in the cold! Oh outdoor running, how I miss thee...
