- GHD Back Extensions: 62# 3x15
- Single-leg KB DL: 62# 3x12
Strength:
14 minutes to find 1RM squat clean: 95# and catching it forward :|
1 min rest
5 mins: every 30 secs 1 squat clean (went down to 90# and was better)

Conditioning
"Death by Wall Balls" (emom ascending ladder 2, 4, 6,....)
12# wall ball, got through 22. OK with this - last time got through 22 with the 10# so I'm considering it progress.
