Wasn't feeling the squats, but everything else was great.

20 mins warm-up, glutes/core/hips

Superset:
* BTN & BW Back Extension @ 20# x 3 sets
* See Saw BTN lateral & curtsey lunges @ 20# x 3 sets of 10 each side
Strength
* Back Squat @ 145# 3x6
* Back Squat @ 105# 1x20 (broken into mini-sets of 9-5-3-3); 1x12 (4-4-4)
