blah Squats. And then more squats. 01:15

So I didn't even KNOW women had groins to pull... Until I popped my groin coming out of my last rep on my last set of squats. So I'm writing this update while icing my groinal region, and solemnly swear, from this day forward, to never again laugh at poor male athletes, rolling around mid-field, grasping at their nether regions. This hurts....
