This route is not exact. I also cut in and ran through the park (intervals etc.) but the map wasn't allowing me to draw it in.

The weather was lovely for a jog/run. I started at the Square Marie Louise, and would up through Park Ambrouix and from there took a cobble-stoned street to the Park Cinquaintenaire. I was careful on the cobblestones and plated stone areas, as there are many missing or loose. I tend to consider this a balancing exercise and take it slowly.

Once at the park I was glad to see that there were a handful of people out. I entered the park by the Saudi Wahhabi mosque, lapped twice around the outside of the park, and then wound my way through the park running intervals and using the new stretching/exercise outdoor equipment that has been set-up in the past year or so. The air was fairly clear by Brussels standards, although I felt my lungs weakening near the busier-side roads in this EU-quartier motoring park.

I was relieved to remember the correct French for "on your left" so I could pass walkers without frightening them, and I enjoyed the cameradie of the others running in a fairly un-running town!
