    Met up with Tiffany this morning - did 1/2 hour on the seated stair stepper machine and 1/2 hr on the bike - sweat fest! :)

    Was going to try to make it to body pump this morning but had to shovel myself out instead. Snow blower is broken and Jon was gone so it was up to me to do it. Uggghhh. Very sweaty when I was done.
