  1. RUN
    good 2 mi 00:19 09:18 pace

I was initially pouty because my feet are only a little sore and it's a beautiful day, but I only had time for a two mile run. Old Erin would've considered two miles pointless. New Erin s... read more

course was hilly but thankfully measured short, but as my feet were sore, I looked at the kids in wheelchairs unable to walk because their epilepsy is so severe, it was easy to keep running.

  3. RUN
    injured 3 mi 00:34 11:29 pace

I felt good for the first mile, then my feet started to hurt. Distance and pace used to matter so much, now I would just be so happy to run comfortably. That's all.

  4. RUN

So sorry you are dealing with that. :( Sounds like you are doing the right stuff for it though. Hoping it clears up now and you can get back to enjoying it. And your right about the mental stuff...that's the worst when running is such a mental game to begin with. You are an inspiration to me though...how you keep at it. But that said, don't be scared to rest if it's what is best for you and those feet! *pot calling kettle black here...I suck at resting.*
