      HA! I thought some dog would quit chasing after me last summer, and then when I was on my best pace of the year, he came up and bit me. It better be glad it ran off because I would have choke slammed that beagle! lol

      Haha, so far he's never bitten me and he's even gotten all the way to me and touched me but not bit. He's real old so I think he is all bark and no bite, but I still always get nervous because he charges at me really fast. I've always been on the look out for sticks to clog him with if he does bite me though lol.

    I'm not sure if it was really 50 minutes..it might have been slower. I just ran back and forth on 519 from 1167 to save-a-lot. Beautiful day outside.

    My fastest pace yet! Really happy about that. I didn't know I was going much faster, but I did feel like it was sucking more than usual so I guess that explains it.

      It won't take long for that to get even smaller. I was amazed at the difference last month at the 6 month mark. It's a fun process. Enjoy.

    This was my best run so far to date. I ran through campus and on main street with Amy and I didn't get sick of running at all. It was way better than running up my road 12 times.
