  1. RUN
good Chateau Blutt (aka my treadmill) 1.6 mi 00:30 18:34 pace

W1D1 C25k - starting again, but MUCH faster than in the past. Hoping to keep the momentum up, and also part of the reason that I started over rather than jumping in part way through.

I think starting over is a good idea. Less chance of injury that you might encounter if you jumped back in where you were. So proud of you!

  2. walk
good Webster Creek Hike 2 mi 00:45 22:30 pace

Great hike with a friend. Mileage is an estimate since I can't track easily.

  3. VELO
alright Fish Hatchery Road out and backe 4 mi 00:48 5.0mph pace

Cycling is WHOLE different beast than running. I have got to get better at this. And Megan ROCKS because she listened to my whine and didn't leave my sorry butt behind! lol

  4. RUN
good SVRA 4th of July Fun Run 3.1 mi 00:54 17:20 pace

Beat my goal of 55:00 by 1:15! Turns out the "trail" run was on a golf course, and grass is a lot harder to run in than I ever imagined!

  5. walk
good Fish Hatchery Road 4 mi 01:15 18:45 pace

Attack of the gnats!!! hard to walk out breathe with all those things out there!!

  6. RUN
    Treadmill Hill 1.51 mi 00:29 19:12 pace

So not a fan of the treadmill, but still glad I have it. Running uphill constantly gets old.

  7. RUN
good Fish Hatchery Road 3.16 mi 00:55 17:23 pace

Probably could have pushed it a little harder, but that 12 minute interval scared me off.

  8. RUN
great Fish Hatchery Road 3.16 mi 00:56 17:38 pace

less than 18 minute miles!!! I'm loving running with a friend!!!

  9. walk
great Yellowstone National Park 3 mi

LOVE enjoying our national park. one of the most beautiful places on earth.

  10. walk
good Fish Hatchery Road 3.99 mi 01:30 22:33 pace

Took the Rowdy Bunch - pushed one in the jogging stroller the whole time, and alternated with the other two walking and riding.

  11. RUN
good Fish Hatchery Road 3.16 mi 00:57 18:01 pace

    thought I was slower, but I wasn't!!!! Week 5 Day 2 done!!!!

  12. RUN
good Fish Hatchery Road 3.16 mi 01:01 19:13 pace

Went with a buddy - did Week 5 Day 1 out, and walked back. 5k in 2 weeks. I know I can do it!!

  13. RUN
    great End of Week 4 C25k 1.5 mi 00:29 19:34 pace

    Felt great! 38s faster!!

  14. RUN
    good Treadmill 1.5 mi 00:30 20:00 pace

I feel so much slower on a treadmill... running uphill at 7200 feet will do that to you, I guess. :/

  15. FIT
    good Yoga Workout 00:30

Gotta improve the flexibility, but it felt great!

  16. RUN
    good 1.87 mi 00:30 16:02 pace

Week 4 of the C25k started! Running outside is SO much better than a treadmill, but takes so much more planning with the kids.

  17. RUN
    good Treadmill 1.55 mi 00:30 19:21 pace

Man, I've forgotten how hard this was. Taking it a day (or workout) at a time for now.

  18. FIT
    good 00:30

Tried to do a lot of the moves from the WoWW class from last week. I don't think I worked as hard as when Heather's there. :) But I still worked hard!

  19. VELO
    great 5 mi 00:22 13.4mph pace

Quick ride in before I hit the weights and ball.
