    Note to self: Make sure phone is more than 10% charged. Battery died 1/2 way through, so I faked the intervals. And when it's 43 degrees outside, it takes a LONG time to get warm!

      I think starting over is a good idea. Less chance of injury that you might encounter if you jumped back in where you were. So proud of you!

    Beat my goal of 55:00 by 1:15! Turns out the "trail" run was on a golf course, and grass is a lot harder to run in than I ever imagined!
