    Wasn't as sloppy today, but the wind was fierce. I wasn't dressed quite warmly enough.

    It was tough running in the snow today. It was slippery and sticking to the bottoms of my shoes. It made for a slow run.

    It was darn cold! It seemed to suck the energy right out of my legs muscles. Is that possible? Can the temperature make that much of a difference?
