17 Push-ups, 49 sit-ups, I skipped the squats today because of my class tonight. With in the first 10 min we had already done 40 squats before we even picked up the weights.

Today I restarted the 100 day challenge after being sick. My goal to do, 100 day to 100 push ups, 200 squats, and 200 sit-ups. Day 1 13 push ups, 40 sit ups, and 62 squats.

are normal 3 mile loop.. I love this loop because its like auto pilot for me. I just keep going and talking. Next thing I know its over and on my way home.

Simi Galloway Walking Group 5 mi 01:28 17:36 pace
Went out with the galloway walking group instead of pacing my normal group. Great experience but walking fast hurts my hips.. Great job ladies.
