    17 Push-ups, 49 sit-ups, I skipped the squats today because of my class tonight. With in the first 10 min we had already done 40 squats before we even picked up the weights.

    Today I restarted the 100 day challenge after being sick. My goal to do, 100 day to 100 push ups, 200 squats, and 200 sit-ups. Day 1 13 push ups, 40 sit ups, and 62 squats.

    Went out with the galloway walking group instead of pacing my normal group. Great experience but walking fast hurts my hips.. Great job ladies.
