good Rails to Trails in Cumberland City 1.2 mi

I was feeling pretty down this morning but have always loved the scenery at Rails to Trails. Dan was planning on doing the Johnsonville Charge 5-Miler and we were only doing Rails to Trails briefly to warm up and get a chance to say hi to our CRC friends. My sweet sweet friend Marlene walked with me for .6 or so miles and listened to me vent. :-)

As Dan and I were in the car on our way to the race, I decided maybe I'd do it too, even if I only walked the whole thing, just for something fun. :-)
