    Felt great today, weather was perfect! I did the first 6 miles at a nice easy 14 minute pace, then hubby called so I walked the last mile and talked to him.

    Had a great run! Hubby stayed home with baby (so no stroller), weather was not too hot or humid, and I was just feeling good. Definitely my best pace for a long run recently.

      But Erika, you got in four miles! That is great! I think the next few days of nicer weather might help. Sometimes, weather is the greatest factor for me, but I just push through the heat, knowing I will feel better when it is all done. Good job, Erika!
