  1. RUN
good Feeling Sluggish 6.12 mi 01:01 09:54 pace

Nothing hurting, just no pep on this one. Think it's just going from minimal, flat miles to running mostly hills this week.

  2. RUN
great Lone Tree Run Club 7.13 mi 01:04 08:57 pace

Big smiley for this one. Easy-moderate effort on the hills.

Nice miles, Erik. Is that the Runner's Roost Thursday night run club?

Yes it is. They typically have 2 groups, one running a 4 mile loop and one going 6 or 7.

Best run in a long time and feeling 99% recovered.

  4. RUN
good Back From Camp 5k 3.17 mi 00:27 08:26 pace

Messed up this post first time. Wrong day and it was after getting back from camp, not after work. Blood sugar must have been low after today's run.

  5. FIT
great Golden Gate Canyon 4.5 mi

A leisurely hike during my camping trip.

  6. Shared Photo

Castlewood Falls. Taken during my run this morning. I feel spoiled having such great places to run so close to home.

    good Castlewood Canyon 10k 6.21 mi 01:15 12:08 pace

Needed on many fronts. Need to get back on a technical trail to test the foot (passed!). Need to get a run significantly over an hour, check. Needed to take a day off work to get ready for the f... read more

  8. RUN
    good Pre-Dinner Run 3.44 mi 00:32 09:15 pace

    Short, easy run before dinner.

  9. RUN
good Neighborhood Run 5.26 mi 00:46 08:43 pace

My foot is feeling so close to 100%. Why is the time to go from 95% better to 100% take so long? Why does pushing even slightly too hard while recovering mean significant setbacks? I want to qui... read more

  10. RUN
good Lone Tree Run Club 4.1 mi 00:38 09:14 pace

Added a fast downhill to this easy run. Nearly went for the 6.5 mile route instead of the 4, but decided to play it safe as my foot isn't 100% yet.

  11. RUN
    good Chuck's Loop 3.21 mi 00:30 09:26 pace

Nice couple laps around Chuck's Loop.

  12. RUN
    good Better 4 4.16 mi 00:36 08:40 pace

Over four miles and I felt better in the second half of the run than in the first. Looks like I'm nearly recovered and can rebuild soon. Really liking the Bare Access for recovery and expect... read more

  13. RUN
good TM Run 3.5 mi 00:31 08:47 pace

Foot finally starting to feel better. Won't be pulling intervals in the next few days, but it won't be long until I can rebuild millage.

  14. RUN
alright Test Run 2.51 mi 00:22 08:57 pace

New shoes and a recovering foot to test.

  15. RUN
good GTIS Half Marathon 13.1 mi 01:57 08:55 pace

As I'm not 100% back from the foot sprain, I chose to run with the 2:00 pace group and keep myself from overdoing it. A little pain returned late in the race, but only a very minor setback (I... read more
