    Did 6, then 1/2 mile loops until the calf stopped getting more relaxed (meaning it would get tighter if I kept going).

      I've set my "B" goal at 4 hr even. I'm going to wait until I'm in the later part of my race specific work before setting my "A" goal, but I'm looking in the 3h50min range.
