      Nice race. I love ten milers...that's my favorite distance. I definitely would have done this if I knew about it.

      Jana, Its a nice flat course and has some turns which makes the race feel a bit quicker. Also the beer at the end of the race is a nice reward.

    Warm up run from the car to The Brewery. It was cold but I ran in worse conditions this this. I was feeling really good about this race when I arrived.

    Garmin not uploading. So I will manually enter this run. First 30 Minutes 1M intervals of 9.0 with 1/4 Mile cool down at 6.0. Then 60 Minutes of 1 mile intervals between 7.4 and 8.0.

    Tried to do 5K intervals. Felt really winded at McMillan/Boston Pace still finished the interval under Marathon Pace. I can live with that.
