good Smith Point Bridge training 6 mi
Garmin died so I ran this by feel. Ran this faster then I wanted to but it was a comfortable run. I think I will have 1 or 2 more runs before Saturdays race.

I grew up in MB and now live SO far away in Shirley! LOL. Going up and down on the sidewalks kill me. That could have helped make the Diva Half a tiny bit easier!
