    30 minutes 6.0-7.0, 30 minutes 7.2-7.6, 30 minutes 7.-8.0, Strides for 30 minutes at 10.0. Good workout , Strides killed me at the end. Need to improve.

    I usually dont do my long runs on Saturday but I needed to get it down before the storm. Running on tired legs is really tough. I need to do it more often.

      I wish it was the treadmill, Hopefully new batteries will do the trick. I can't do math in my head after my workouts.

      You should try Selden Hills if you want hills.

      I ran those hills a few years ago I did 2 races over there. I think that's too much for me. Even though I want to do a Wednesday Vampire run with them. Southgate and Ashley is more my level of fitness.

    1HR 7.2 MPH. Tomorrow will be a Tempo run. Hopefully soon I will be able to do some road work in the daylight.

      Pete Pfitzinger's "Advanced Marathoning" is a wealth of good training information. not much of a novel tho'

      Thanks Morey, That was the first book I read. I also read Run Faster, Hansons Marathon Method (My favorite so far) and Relentless forward progress. I guess I should have posted this in the first place.
