    Garmin died so I ran this by feel. Ran this faster then I wanted to but it was a comfortable run. I think I will have 1 or 2 more runs before Saturdays race.

      Linda, I use to live in Mastic Beach I hated running on Floyd too many lights. But I like running across the bridge.

      I grew up in MB and now live SO far away in Shirley! LOL. Going up and down on the sidewalks kill me. That could have helped make the Diva Half a tiny bit easier!

  10. Just signed up for The Run/Walk for Homeless Teens 5K on October 13th. Im still not sure if Im running it but I definitely will be there to show support for The NCRW group.

      I know I should take it easy I just want to make sure my body is fully recovered before October 21st. Also Im doing the 5K at Smiths Point Next Saturday, so "no rest for the weary"
