    Nice easy run with Jon, Erin, and Connie on this cold windy morning. My legs are rather sore from standing in my garage the last two days painting cabinet doors, so the slow pace was nice.

    1.25 miles to the gym. I ran/walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill at the gym with the incline cranked up between 10 and 15 % then ran 1.25 miles home. I gotta say the trip home was rough after the TM :-)
