      Lois i sincerely do not know where this run came from. i don't even think i've done a 3 miler at this pace since having signe. i guess it was just one of those days and i'm certainly not complaining.

      from my house dulaney valley to timonium, around timonium a bit, over to seminary, up seminary to providence, a little in loch raven, up morgan mill to manor and manor to dulaney valley and back to windemere. i don't think i could have planned any more hills!
