    it was a crappy morning so opted for the tmill. first time I've run on the mill in over a year. conclusion - I still hate it!

    Ran the first loop with Emily and then went back out for 5 more miles.

    pushed both kids from fells point to under armour and back. had good company though - Alyssa and her adorable son Dalton :)
