    It was my first run back in a month. I had to stop a few times but I'm glad I went. The weather was bearable which was a pleasant surprise.

    It is amazing when I am totally focused on God I am during my run how little I think about the conditions around me: heat, distance, ability, ect.

    I had a lot of praying and clearing my mind to do. It's amazing how great a run can feel when you can totally get lost in conversation with God.

    It was not as hot out. There were not many people running the lakes so I did not have to dodge a lot of people either.
