      how was the 10k a lot of mountain/hills ? for 6k was a little bit but I had so much fun and I meet you and I made a new friend so can't neat that :)

      Great job Erica... That third hill is a killer - I remember just hoping every time I turned a corner that it would be the top. AWESOME EFFORT.

  14. What's your opinion? Running with ankle weights for training: good or bad?

      With your shin splint problem I probably wouldn't - lots of smashing down of your feet onto the ground.

      Do you run up any hills? It is good for your hips which will in turn strengthen your whole stride.

    Fun running the marathon, but missed my goal time by 45 sec. >< Guess that means I need to train more! :D
