      Thanks Percy man I tell you it is great to be getting long runs in again. I decided today that the HOA in Columbia is September 2nd 19weeks away. I think i'll train for it.

    It went well a couple mile 6:15 warm up pace 3 miles at a 6:10 pace followed with a 6:40 pace cool down. All after a 120min HS soccer game.
