    I think I am going to use Dailymile again. It has been a while. Did some trails with a young man today it was mo awesome we ran, only fell once, and didn't die.

    speed bursts every 20 minutes started feeling it in my calf at 16somethingish so stopped at 18 instead of going to 20miles. No need to be injured this late in the game #setonmt100
