      Wowzers! Do you normally only take one day off to recover from a marathon? I couldn't do that. I need a full 3-days. I have friends that run-back-to-back marathons (one on Saturday, one on Sunday).

      It was a trail marathon which was a good workout, but not like trying to BQ . . . so the recovery comes a little quicker.
