      Salamat bro :) tagal ko na din di nag-lo-long run, re-introduce uli dahan-dahan...long recovery routine ginawa para di mag-ka D.O.M.S.--Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness...preparing for a 21k race july 29th then dahan-dahan din para prepare for 42k qcim december at maintenance+speed para sa white rock tri ;)
