I had two old guys in jeans at 1MPH, several 9MPH hanger oners, and at least one high incline guy. Also 3 machines with broken tags on them. So was frustrating to say the least. But once I got on I got her did.

I know it was killing me and especially because Michelle holds it for like 10 minutes solid... like omg kill me... I mean i still feel the burn in my shoulders but it's that "weight lifting" type soreness not "car wreck arms dead" feeling.. LOL
