Opted out of the long run today for a recovery run instead. Tired/sick so I decided to not do too much. My feet HURT! I will not wear spikes next year unless there is snow on the ground.

David, it's either doing surges in the run or do strides afterwards. I took surges today. The strides afterward just seem too fake sometimes. I try to throw them in about 3x a week.
