This is the first time this year I ran freely with no pain! After all the activities I did last weekend with my bro, this was just a little jog out to see how my body felt. I know I have to frequent the gym more to get my strength up, but now I can finally see the light in that tunnel! Biking tomorrow though. Have a good weekend all. :)

Maybe the cross training with the biking and/or swimming is the key to your being able to run strong, Steve. Glad to see you post some speedy run miles. Hope you had a great time with your brother :)
