Using my runs as a recovery from harder workouts the day before, it just ensures a slow pace and I don't try too hard. Felt good out in warm weather running with shades on (unheard of in Scotland!). I know things are going well because I recovered quickly and could have stayed out and done more. Might run later in the week, we'll see how it goes :).
