    Two days rest and today I ran myself to a stand still. I felt 100 years old when I finished, but this a the fastest I have run in 18 months. Happy days. :)

    It's been a few weeks since I did a 10 miler, it also takes me to 35 miles for the week which is pleasing. A bit quicker pace too, only down side was a flash shower at the end. Soaked!! :)
