good Pilates Practice at the Y 01:00

Pilates with Martha M. and friends REALLY needed this - 1 for 3 this week! All set up for tomorrow's longish bike ride now. Picked up Annie dog from spa day (mani-pedi, ears, bath...)! Happy dog :-)

    Thanks Julie! Annie and I are ready and 'rarin to go now :-) Annie LOVES her spa days, though better if I do it. She's a little bit wary of the vet's :-) Sometimes there's just too much to juggle!

    Thanks Shannon! I'd love to go to 1.5, spit between core and more stretching :-) I don't post it now but I usually do 15 - 20 minutes of Pilates stretches after every run, bike and swim...makes all the difference in the world for these old bones :-)
