100, 200. 300, 400, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100 freestyle. Felt like a swimming machine this am! Walk off with Annie dog :-)

You're very kind Sheila :-) I need to (1) get that under 40:00 pace and (2) have it feel this good, consistently, then I'll feel like I'm getting somewhere. Of course when I get there I'll want MORE :-)
