Route times three - Pretty easy-paced hill run focusing on POSE form, floating in the soup! Started at 76 degrees/89% humidity. Could have been worse...there were some nice breezes and I was done before the sun established itself :-) Long walk off w/Annie dog. 15 minutes of Pilates leg/hip/back stretches/openers to finish working the kinks out...
