      Thanks Helene! It seems to be doing fine, except during suicide splits/track workouts. It didn't bother me during last weekend's adventure so I'll give it another week before returning to the track...

      Many years ago, I had a bad case of something similar to pubalgia (like a groin pull). The pain was so sharp and intense, I could hardly walk, could not get up / sit down / turn in bed w/o hubby's help. After $$$$$$ spent at so-called sports doctors, MRIs, etc., to no avail, I did some research, and found that Gracilis and adductor pains are usually due to imbalance between lower back / abs, and thigh muscles. Thighs are often stronger than back and abs, thus the pull on the overloaded thighs.

      Cont'd - So I looked for back and abs exercises, and the pain soon disappeared. I do them on a regular basis, and haven't had any groin pain since. Just my two cents :-)
