Have gotten rid of my 'new' shoes and wore my old ones, but they are shot. :( I think I will take a break from running until I can sort my shoe problems out, which I likely can't do until after t... read more

First run in a week. Soooooo slow. Having shoe problems still, and it just makes me not want to go out. Plus the whole moving thing. Ugh.

I knew I hadn't seen you on here in a while. I hear you about being sluggish. I have been too although I had a good run today. You got out though, and that is big considering what is hapening in your life right now. Hope all is well with your move prep.

It'll get better again, don't fear. Once the stress of regular life eases a bit, you'll be back at it in no time. Don't beat yourself up. :)

  5. RUN

      Way to go!

I love looking back to see how far I've come. It's motivation knowing that I have stuck with something, because that usually never happens!

Yep, the new new shoes. :( I don't know what happened to my Garmin. On Wednesday I got a low battery notification when I turned it on and it died en route. Put it on the charger when I got home and it said "Battery Charging in Progress" then when I took it off before my run today it said "Battery Charging Complete" but that is the last thing I've seen on the screen. I can't turn it on at all, and when I put it back on the charger I'm getting nada. Simon took it back and got me a new one.
