Row/Ext/Curl/Press 10 down chain on the row=
10 rows,1 DB tricep extension, 1 Db curl, 1 shoulder press
9 rows, 1 DB tricep extension, 1 DB curl, 1 shoulder press
8 rows, 1 DB tricep extension, 1 DB curl, 1 shoulder press
7 rows, 1 DB tricep extension, 1 DB curl, 1 shoulder press
6 rows, 1 DB tricep extension, 1 DB curl, 1 shoulder press...... and so on until I got to 1,1,1,1.

The idea is to keep it intense in the least amount of time and adding 30 minute walk at the end to relax the body :)
