    On the weekend 11th and 12th I ran the GNW 100km ultra. This is my first run since then, still a bit slow n sore but getting my running body back slowly.

    Very scenic course in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney. Mixture of single trail and fire trail.Some decent hills but a fast downhill finish. The Running Wild Team always put on a great event

    Run after work along the footpath then some bush trails in Fred Caterson Reserve. Felt great as the day gave away to night and a big moon appeared
