      Thanks Lara - took a few months off from running to fully recover from some running injuries - been cycling a lot so still have some endurance :)

    Hill's Athletics Track running 7.9 km

    3km road run warm up followed by 15 laps of the oval with 3min's recovery/break after 3laps - then a cool down. Tough workout the legs are going to feel it in the morning

    Tough going running up hilly Gilbert Road in the morning heat. - Going for 39 degrees here in western Sydney today. Temp was already well into the 20's when we ran this morning.

      How olds the dog Symon and at what age did you start taking the dog for runs with you? Mine zig zags everywhere and only runs straight when she is tired (and shouldn't be running)

    Tough workout running laps on an oval but It's worth it if it helps my speed . warm up laps, 10 x 200m with 30 seconds break - 2 x 400m - cool down laps
