    An endurance building run - tough humid weather but the worst part was coming home to find no hot water as our thermal is busted. Oh well they say cold water is good for muscle recovery

    A scenic but hilly course - perfect weather after the recent heat was oh so good to feel a cool breeze on my face as I ran. Very well organized event definitely keen to come back and do this one again

    In the Orange, in the central Tablelands about 200km west of Sydney, to do a Half Marathon tomorrow. Did the local Parkrun and tried to take it easy. Nice course in Gosling reserve.
