      Kent and Melz thanks for your advice about strecthing after rather than before running. My running mate is mad on streching and she did it both before and after run. Been lazy I've never done a lot of strecthing before but my physio has told me to do it as many times as I can till my legs recover from all my cycling :)

    Evening run around my neighbourhood. Kinda feels wierd as after all that Cycling I did my body has the endurance and I've got momentum yet the legs are slow and unwilling.

    Recently returned from an epic 1600km cycle tour through South East as a result my legs are stiff and heavy. A few light runs and plenty of strecthing and I should soon be back to my usual running :)

    ‎A very Foggy start but great cycling weather with a cool breeze. Had my first punture in a long time but glad to get some practise as I got my hands nice and dirty replacing the tube.

    Approx distance as I wasn't wearing my Garmin. Ran with my neighbour who took me along a bush trail near my house that I never new existed. Nice slow run in the rain :)
