    First run since last weeks marathon. Still a little tight in certain muscles but felt energetic after not running all week.

    Such a nice course all through a forest and off road. The volunteers were fantastic felt like a royal at the drink stops and finish area. was going for a time of 4:30 so extremely happy with my time

    An endurance building run - tough humid weather but the worst part was coming home to find no hot water as our thermal is busted. Oh well they say cold water is good for muscle recovery

    Long run with my good friend George. Plan was to stick to 6min pace but I hit the wall around 28km and the last 2km were tough. Glad to finally get a long run done
