    A nice dawn run before work. So nice to see the sun rise over the morning mist and the Autumn (Fall) red leaves glowing in the early sunlight. Feeling Fabulous :D

    Hilly course this morning slow uphill than fast downhill. Nice to catch up with some friends I haven't seen for a while

    This monthly track race is a good indication of how my speed is improving YAY to the return of some sub 5min k's :)

    Cold night with hail before we ran. 3km road run, 800m/ 2000m/ 2000m splits then a 2km warm down.

    Late start due to been held back at work but with the help of Megan we caught the others. Great Tuesday running with the usual crew

    3km road run then 5 x 800m sprints with a 3 min break. Each 800m was just under 4 min pace so happy with my speed progression
