    It's been a week since I've ran after rolling my ankle. I decided to get out today for some easy cycling. Ankle is still sore but getting much better :)

    Ran most of the way with young Anne. She was able to chat the whole way But I struggled to talk and breath on those hills. Great to catch up with everyone afterwards :)

    Nice Trail jog/run/walk/climb up and over Mt Solitary in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney. The views were fantastic and stunning weather :)
