    No garmin but a slow jog on the bike track. Hamstring is stiff after Wednesday s track session

    It's been a week since I've ran after rolling my ankle. I decided to get out today for some easy cycling. Ankle is still sore but getting much better :)

    Black Clouds and lightning cut this run short - running in rain can be fun, running in lightning and hail no so fun

    Ran most of the way with young Anne. She was able to chat the whole way But I struggled to talk and breath on those hills. Great to catch up with everyone afterwards :)
