    Extra fun run with everything getting sooo green.

    Looking for a bit of climbing for a mid-week run...decided to head to mount treadmill for some gain.

    Set treadmill on varied program. Max grade 17%.

    Enjoyed over 2000 ft of gain.

    Ran on the TM for some good old hill work. Ran a program with random hills and max grade of 25%. Ran where I could, hiked where I had to.

    200s were in the 39-42 second range. Would like to get these into the low 30s.

    Scampered on a couple trails in southern Dallas. Temps were a bit cool at the start but once on the constantly varied terrain, the body warmed up in a hurry.
