Ran at 7:08-7:30 pace.
Two loops at Erwin Park. Took first loop easy and negative split the second by about 10 mins.
Extra fun run with everything getting sooo green.
TM work. A 1 hour hills program with max grade of 20%.
Drove a couple miles to celebration to run some 200s...put house key in pocket, left car key in locked car. Oops!

Looking for a bit of climbing for a mid-week run...decided to head to mount treadmill for some gain.
Set treadmill on varied program. Max grade 17%.
Enjoyed over 2000 ft of gain.
Ran on the TM for some good old hill work. Ran a program with random hills and max grade of 25%. Ran where I could, hiked where I had to.
