    Was more of a quick dash through downtown traffic and ended in froyo. We were going for fun as this is our light week before a couple of tough ones leading up to the race! Exactly one month away!!

      Yea some of the group ran 6 and then did the 5K, I opted for the straight 9. There was like an hour+ gap in between finishing 6 and starting the race and I knew my muscles wouldn't be too thrilled with that. But I hope the 5K went great for everyone!!!

    Decided to join the night group since my morning run got a little messed up with the rain. We did a nice warm up lap then 2-800m & 1-400m speed intervals with a cool down.

    Been out of the gym for about a month and decided I missed it so signed back up. Felt nice to do a little elliptical + upper body workout. I think I need the cross training mixed in with running.

      Yea I tried to get into the at home dvd's or some lightweights, but I actually enjoy the motivation at the gym. Not to mention the options:)

    Ran unplugged and had my first good run in weeks. Was a nice & relaxed easy run which was much needed!!
